第39屆臺大學生會上任公告

各位臺大的同學們大家好，我是第39屆學生會會長孫傳哲。
今天我正式上任、就職會長，與學生會全體夥伴在未來一年攜手努力。我們會以全體學生權益為優先，為打造「有感學生會」而努力，擦亮這塊邁入第39年的招牌。
從校園空間改善、餐飲品質穩定、選課修課制度改革、評分政策追蹤，再到心理健康主流化、本土語言復振、轉型正義倡議、性別平權推廣、環境永續發展，學生會都會繼續做、用心做、全力做。除此之外，備受好評的臺大電影節、學生會活動新品牌的市集、大選前青年返鄉專車計畫、主題式學術講座與議題工作坊，也都將是學生會接下來的施政重點。
學生會下設有眾多部門，作為會長，我將善盡職責統籌分工，並協助部門間的橫向、縱向聯繫。我更期待能與學生代表大會修復兩會關係，共同為了學生權益站在同一陣線上。我也將與友校的學生自治夥伴展開密切的合作，串連彼此的力量，讓學生的聲音被更多人聽見。
最後，在未來的365天內，只要你有任何需要，都歡迎你透過信件或私訊隨時聯繫我們。我們會以學生的需求為出發點，與你一同共築友善、暖心的校園。我們期待與你一同並肩前行，也相信學生會會成為各位的最佳夥伴。

今仔日我正式上任、就職會長，欲佮學生會全體有志做伙，佇未來這冬鬥陣拍拚。阮會共全體學生的權益囥佇上頭前，為著起造「有感學生會」拚勢來做，共這塊傳承欲39冬的 khăng-páng 拭予金。
對改善校園空間、穩定食食品質、選課修課制度改革，追蹤評分政策，到心理健康主流化、本土語言復振、轉型正義倡議、推捒性別平權、環境永續發展，學生會攏會繼續做、用心做、骨力做。閣有，誠濟人佮意的臺大電影節、學生會活動新品牌市仔、選前青年轉厝專車計畫、主題式學術講座佮議題工作坊，嘛攏是學生會紲落來的執行重點。
學生會內底有誠濟部門，身為會長，我會盡職來統籌分工，嘛會盡力共無仝的部門牽做伙來交流。閣來，我嘛期待會當佮學生代表大會修復關係，為著學生的權益徛做伙。我嘛會佮友校的學生自治有志同齊討論、連絡、合作，共學生的聲音湠出去予逐家聽見。

Dear fellow NTU students,
My name is Jerry Sun, and I am honored to serve as the President of the 39th NTU Student Association.
Today, I formally take office and begin my tenure as President, joining hands with all members of the Student Association as we work together over the coming year. We will place the rights and interests of all students first, striving to build a responsive, impactful Student Association — and to uphold our proud 39-year legacy.
From improving campus spaces, stabilizing dining quality, and reforming course registration systems, to tracking grading policies, mainstreaming mental health, revitalizing native languages, advancing transitional justice, promoting gender equality, and fostering environmental sustainability — the Student Association remains fully committed to turning these commitments into action. In addition, the beloved NTU Movie Fest, our exciting new event brand the NTU School Fair, the voter shuttle program ahead of local elections, thematic academic lectures, and issue-based workshops will all be key priorities in the period ahead.
The Student Association encompasses many departments, and as President, I will fulfill my responsibility to coordinate and delegate effectively, while fostering seamless collaboration across all departments. I also look forward to rebuilding the relationship between the Student Association and the Student Council, so that we may stand together on the same front line for student rights. I will likewise pursue close collaboration with student governance partners at peer institutions, connecting our collective strength so that the student voice may be heard by more people.
Finally, over the next 365 days, whenever you need support or have ideas to share, please reach out to us via email or DM. We will always start from the needs of students, and work alongside you to build a campus that is welcoming and full of warmth. We look forward to walking this path together, and we believe the Student Association will be the best partner you could have.
