History and Brief Introduction of Student Association
NTUSA (National Taiwan University Student Association) was formerly “National Taiwan University Student Representative Association.” After many student movements aiming for student election, the former body transformed into NTUSA in 1988. Over many years, NTUSA has actively participated and played important roles in not only NTU but also Taiwan democratic social movements and events, such as the Wild Lily Student Movement, The Wild Strawberries Movement and the Sunflower Student Movement.
